A Quick Tumblr Post Before Apathy Has Its Complete Stranglehold

Parade of Home show on Friday went great. Love the idea of people biking en masse to a chain of houses to see bands play. Great crowd response with crowd surfing and the like. 

My other band played a show the next day with Greenland is Melting, which is one of my favorite bands of all time. My band did pretty alright and there was a great turn out. Went to a party next door and maintained some social dignity. Before the show was an ice cream date at Lofty Pursuits with my bandmates. It’s a very fancy place that also sells unique toys. The menu is chock full of icecream and soda selections. It’s overwhelming. I just went with the root beer float. Expensive, but worth it.

Today we went to brunch at Another Broken Egg. Also, an expensive venture, but it feels good to be social. That group is a swell group of folk. Relaxed, watched dogs tussle and ate good cookies that my pretty girlfriend made. 

Been trying to keep up with my Absurd and Short Music Reviews Tumblr. The reviews have been getting less absurd and short. I’ll try to get back to that.
